SheRunz Coaching was created for women who are busy, stretched, and constantly putting others first.
Kerryn is a qualified run coach with a tertiary-level Sports Science qualification, Personal Training certification, and additional run-specific coaching credentials. She has represented New Zealand in swimming, cycling, duathlon, triathlon, and running, and brings both experience and understanding to the women she works with.
But what makes her coaching different is that she truly gets life beyond sport.
As a wife, mum, and business owner, Kerryn understands the demands of everyday life; the juggling, the mental load, and the feeling of always being “on.” She knows how easy it is to keep showing up for everyone else while quietly putting yourself last.
That’s why SheRunz Coaching is built for real women with real lives.
For the women who want to feel stronger, move with purpose, and reconnect with themselves, but don’t have endless time, energy, or headspace to spare.
